Motel Units

Rates are for two people/$10 each extra person,
2 night minimum on weekends and paid in advance.
Reservations require 1 night secured deposit to guarantee.

Cottages and Beach Apartments

$100 deposit required, 50% of total due (tax exempt) 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
30 day notice to cancel for refund with $20 service charge.
Daily rates for 2 people, $10 each extra person.
Weekly rental does not include linens.
Minimum stay of two nights, July or August weekly rentals only.
Daily maid service is not available for Cottages or Beach Apartments.

Docks: Launching ramp, docking facilities and trailer parking are available for our guests with boats. Docks are $15 per day or $75 per week. Docks are available with a seasonal cottage rental for $700.

Deposits: In order to guarantee your hotel accommodations, a deposit equal to one nights lodging inclusive of 8% NH sales tax must be received no later than 10 days from the date the reservation was made. Management will not be responsible for reservations not guaranteed by deposit after this time limit.

Payments: Cash, traveler's checks, MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted. Personal checks accepted only for the purpose of advance deposits. No personal checks accepted at check-in. Balance on all reservations payable on arrival.

Cancellations: Motel cancellations must be received 10 days prior to scheduled arrival. Cancellations made less than 10 days to date will be refunded on the basis of whatever may represent a financial loss. Apartments and cottages require 1 month notice for refund. All refunds subject to a $20.00 processing fee.

We are a family resort . . . For the benefit of our guests who bring children and of those who desire rest during their vacation, we must insist upon absolute quiet after 11:00 p.m. We are prevented by fire regulations from overcrowding our units. No pets allowed. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if these rules are not observed. Please plan your reservations accordingly.
